- Fixed: Text Exports - Every option was causing the program to hang (Win32/64, only the previous 3.79 release was problematic).

- Fixed: conversion from (matrix colouring method) per-char to per-tile was not working properly for the bitmap modes.

- Fixed: Help - a few broken html links.

- Changed: Text Exports - hex values (Win32/64 versions) are now printed in lower case (same as the .NET version).

- Changed: Text Exports - 'Export All (essentials, one file) - general revamp and careful cross-checking of exported files.

- Changed: the "per project" (matrix colouring method) is now called "per map".

- Changed: the .NET build is now built for .NET framework 4.8
